The boys put in a solid shift and were well rewarded for their hard work with a delicious lunch from the customer – always appreciated!

The Shocking Find!

STOP SCROLLING! 😳 You won’t believe what we found under this floor…
A customer called us after being left with NO WATER for 4 days because another company never showed.

We found this MONSTER split in the copper pipework buried beneath the screed!🤯
No wonder everything was flooding.

So we did what Home Heroes do best —
shifted our schedule, smashed the repair, and had them flowing before the weekend! 💙💚🧡

🔥 Emergency Hot Water Rescue! 🔧

Called out to help a family with a young baby who were left with no hot water.
Their immersion heater element had completely failed — so seized we couldn’t remove it without risking damage to the tank.

But we weren’t giving up. 💪
We sourced a brand-new cylinder the very next day, restoring reliable, efficient hot water for the family.
