How it works: Delivered by local authorities; you contact your local council to see if they have funding.
Replaces: Previous schemes (LAD, HUG) and is part of the broader Warm Homes Plan.
Warm Home Discount Scheme
What it is: A one-off £150 discount on your electricity bill (or gas if eligible).
Who it's for: Low-income households, often those receiving Pension Credit or other benefits.
How it works: Your energy supplier applies the discount; you'll receive a letter if eligible.

Scotland: Warmer Homes Scotland offers similar support for low-income households.
