✅ Loft Office Insulation Upgrade
On this project, we installed 50mm PIR insulation with plasterboard, finished to the customer’s requirements.

The loft room had been created many years ago, so rather than stripping everything back, the customer chose a solution that maximised insulation while losing very little space. The result is a much warmer, more comfortable office space that can be used all year round.

Some jobs from the week.

•A 200mm top up in a Glasgow tenement.

•Old insulation cleared out and an install of 270mm added.

•Existing flooring lifted and 270mm of insulation installed with flooring put back down on a raised frame. Walls insulated and kept in place with netting for the room in roof. The customer also wanted something to keep the dust off there belongings so just stapled some foil backed Therma wrap insulation to the inner frame.

Got a random WhatsApp message from a foreign number lastnight regarding my Google Reviews.
I have over sixty 5 star reviews and lastnight six 1 star reviews appeared and a further four 1 star reviews this morning.
Turns out the foreign number is wanting €100 to remove them claiming a big company asked them to do it

All fake reviews demanding money. Reported to Google but not sure how long to take down.

Cleared out of this central section of loft of old tired insulation my customer wanted replaced before winter. Loft lid down light covers added where necessary as they were old down light fittings. 270mm of Knauf mineral wool added, 100mm between the joists then 170mm cross laid on top.
