Customer notice

We have a few spaces available for this week before we start to get ready for santas arrival.

Our operating hours during the festive period are as follows

22, 23 and 24 December we will be available for emergency heating breakdowns

25, 26, 27 and 28 December closed

29, 30 and 31 December we will be available for emergency heating breakdowns

1, 2, 3 and 4 January closed

5 January business as usual

We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support.

We’ve been crazy busy over the last few weeks (more than usual!!!).

We try our best to get to anyone with a heating breakdown or issue as soon as humanly possible.

At times we have to prioritise customers and that sometimes means we are unavailable to take on last minute jobs such as removing radiators for plasterers/painters etc. if you’ve booked to have your plastering or decorating done and would like your radiators removed beforehand, please try and give us at least a weeks notice. We have to put our vunerable customers and customers with no heating as a priority.
