Just to make you all aware that the new regulations and standards regarding smoke detectors in homes is now in force that requires you to have smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors installed and per the new standard.

This was brought in after the Grenfell Tower fire.

Please have a look at the link and it will give you an idea of what is required.

All of our installations are fully compliant with the new legislation and comes with our 1 year warranty as standard.

Hi everyone!

Just thought I would post an update regarding Facebook and why there hasn’t been much activity recently.

From the start of my business, I have been receiving excellent reviews and recommendations from my amazing clients – Thanks everyone!

Sadly, Facebook will not update the reviews section, recommendations or the ratings, which was starting to have a negative effect on what and how we do things.

I have tried for months now to contact Facebook, patiently awaiting acknowledgement or reply.

Unfortunately, owing to their lack of support I no longer find this the most feasible way to sustain a social media presence.

However…

We now have our website www.hayfacilities.co.uk where you will be able to have a look at the services we provide and all the contact details are on there.

Could I kindly ask that if anyone has used us before and has either left a review or recommendation on Facebook, or has never left a review or recommendation before, could you please review us on Google giving us only your honest words.

There is a myth that you can only review on Google if you have a Gmail account, but if you simply type in Hay Facilities into Google, the option for reviews is there.

I would like to thank all of my existing clients and future ones, who continue to support Hay Facilities.

Installation, repair and service of FAAC automatic gates for one of our clients and integrated to mobile phone and app for control of the system.

Installation of some downlights within the lower soffit.

Removal of the old light, installation of new vents and a thorough clean of the UPVC.

Not only looks great, but adds a level of security to the home.

Replacement of 2 outside flood lights that had failed due to nothing but poor installation by others.

Sadly the clients warranty with the manufacturer for the existing lights was revoked as they had filled full of water and were an electrical hazard.

Water had also started to come inside the house through cable entry point.

Both lights replaced and installed correctly.

New CCTV installation carried out in Knightswood today.

Multiple 4k cameras installed and connected to the cloud for remote monitoring.

Removal of the old failed system and new installation of Pyronix Wireless Intruder Alarm System installed today in Glasgow.

The new system was installed to the clients Wi-Fi and setup on the mobile devices so the system can be monitored and controlled remotely from the cloud.
