This is Lauren, our Office Manager.

Lauren joined Phoenix in November 2025 and it didnโ€™t take us long to realise weโ€™d found the right person for the job.

She started her administration apprenticeship with the University of Strathclyde at just 17 years old and has now built up over 15 years experience (although sheโ€™d rather we didnโ€™t remind her of that because it makes her feel old! ๐Ÿ˜‚)

From booking jobs and organising our engineers to invoicing, compliance and keeping the office running smoothly, Lauren is the person making sure everything is where it should be.

If youโ€™ve ever called the office, thereโ€™s a good chance youโ€™ve already spoken to her.

Sheโ€™s hardworking, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile. More often than not, sheโ€™s still at her PC making sure everything is sorted before she signs off.

Lauren has become a valued part of the team and the work she puts in behind the scenes makes a real difference every day.

Great team effort on Saturday! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Shadow Strength & Fitness got in touch after experiencing ongoing issues with their gym entry system.

Our service engineer, Craig, based in Kent, attended on Thursday evening to investigate the fault. After assessing the system, he quickly discovered that the installation required a complete rewire before a reliable solution could be put in place.

Rather than asking the client to wait several weeks for the next available slot our Glasgow team stepped up and volunteered to work overtime. We arranged for the team to be on site first thing Saturday morning to get everything sorted.

The guys were on the road from 7am, completed the rewire, installed and commissioned the new keypad, tested everything thoroughly, and had the gymโ€™s access control system fully operational before heading home.

A big thank you to everyone involved for giving up part of their weekend to get the client back up and running.
