One of the better studies done on sauna use found that, People who sauna 2-3 times per week are 27% less likely to die of a cardiovascular event Vs once a week & if you sauna 5-7 times a week you’re 50% less likely to die Vs once a week.
This was also for anyone who hit the sauna, not just healthy people or gym people who are already healthy. Even overweight smokers got health benefits from heat exposure.
