A Door Like No Other 🚪

We were approached with a very special request to manufacture what is probably the largest external door we have ever made – and the finished result speaks for itself.

Crafted from quality handpicked hardwood, this impressive bespoke entrance was built to combine traditional character with outstanding durability. Once manufactured, the door was professionally spray finished, giving it a flawless, long-lasting finish that perfectly complements the property.

We also supplied all the ironmongery, ensuring every detail matched the quality of the door itself. Even better, the ironmongery comes complete with a lifetime guarantee for total peace of mind.

Despite its size, performance was just as important as appearance. The door is fully draft sealed all the way round, helping to keep the property warm, comfortable, and energy efficient throughout the year.

Another custom-made door completed and installed!

Our client had an existing door that simply wasn’t the right fit, allowing unwanted draughts into the hallway and affecting both comfort and energy efficiency.

We handcrafted this beautiful timber glazed door to achieve a precise fit for the opening, ensuring it complements the character of the property while providing a much better seal. The door was then factory spray painted prior to installation, giving it a durable, high-quality finish from day one.

To complete the project, we installed a premium draught seal system, helping to keep the warmth in and the cold out.

A bespoke door handcrafted in-house for a recent extension project. The client wanted the new door to seamlessly match the existing doors throughout the home, so we built this one from scratch to ensure every detail was consistent.

The architect designed tall door openings to complement the impressive vaulted ceilings in the extension, creating a sense of height and space. The result is a custom-made glazed door that blends perfectly with the original interior while adding a modern touch to the new living area.

Handcrafted Sapele Front Door Installation

A recently completed project featuring a beautiful handcrafted front door made from premium Sapele hardwood.

For this job, we:
✔️ Designed and handcrafted the door from solid Sapele
✔️ Manufactured the matching bespoke door frame in-house
✔️ Supplied and fitted all ironmongery
✔️ Completed the full installation for a seamless finish

The rich grain and warm tones of Sapele create a timeless entrance, while the traditional fanlight-style glazing adds character and allows natural light into the hallway. Every element was made with attention to detail, from the joinery and finishing to the final fit on site.
