A Stunning Transformation in Hampden

Another recommendation project completed for the team — this time for Iain & Lauren Geddes, who came to us after another recommendation for Donald & Annabelle, whose kitchen and garage conversion we previously completed.

Set within a first-floor tenement in Hampden, this was a more complex installation. Older properties always bring their challenges — particularly working with traditional lath and plaster walls — but it’s exactly the kind of project we pride ourselves on delivering.

We transformed a dark, tired kitchen into a bright, contemporary space with a clean, refined finish.

The design centred around our lacquered taupe gloss doors, beautifully complemented by concrete Silestone worktops, creating a soft yet modern contrast.

Subtle detailing made all the difference — LED strip lighting beneath both the wall units and work surfaces adds depth and warmth, especially in the evening.

Finished with:
• Neff appliances
• Blum composite sink with stainless steel tap
• Aluminium metallic splashbacks
• New flooring throughout
• Tall feature radiator

The result is a space that feels effortless, modern, and built to last.

✨ Another Kitchen Transformation Completed ✨

We recently completed this beautiful kitchen for Colin & Claire Mitchell from The Murray.

Claire first got in touch with us after being recommended by her sister Susan and brother-in-law Stephen, whose kitchen we had previously installed. Word of mouth like this means the world to us, and we’re always grateful when happy customers recommend Mulberry Kitchen Design.

Claire was the driving force behind this transformation, carefully shaping the vision for the space, while Mitch took a more relaxed approach — making sure our team was always topped up with coffee ☕ (which was very much appreciated!).

This project involved removing a wall to open up the space, creating a much more functional layout and giving the kitchen a clean, streamlined feel.

Some kitchens take a few weeks… this one was a full year in the making ⏳✨

We first sat down with Margaret from Newton Mearns last January, and from day one Margaret was clear — he wanted a company to design, manage and look after everything, right down to choosing the paint colours and even picking the blind. And that’s exactly what we did.

Margaret chose our Painted Handleless doors in Dove Grey, paired perfectly with Egger square-edge laminate worktops 👌 Add in Pergo LVT flooring, LED strip lighting, Hotpoint appliances, full plastering… and yes, we even painted the place too!

The finished result? A kitchen that truly stopped Margaret in his tracks — he was blown away by the level of service, the quality of the materials, and the standard of installation. And we’ll admit, we were pretty proud of this one ourselves 😄

Another stunning Mulberry Kitchen Design project completed ✅

Bruce & Trish contacted Mulberry after reading our reviews and knowing we were a company they could trust. Even their gas engineer (whose own kitchen we’d previously completed) reinforced just how high our standards are...

The brief was to open up the space by removing a 45-degree section of wall and create a more practical, flowing layout. The result speaks for itself.

Featuring beautiful oak cabinetry, Sensio LED strip lighting and luxury LVT vinyl flooring, all perfectly complementing the stunning Silestone worktops with a seamless matching sill.
Finished off with a Blanco Subline Silgranit sink and tap in soft white, plus vinyl-painted shaker units in sage with cup and k**b handles – this kitchen combines elegance and practicality.

Bruce was so impressed he’s promised to start cooking up a storm for Trish and the family 🍳🔥

Mulberry Kitchen's were delighted to hand over another beautiful kitchen—this time for Kenny & Andrea Walker of Coatbridge.

The lovely couple discovered us through Google and chose Mulberry after reading our reviews and seeing the standard of kitchens we deliver. They were heading off on holiday during the renovation, so finding a trustworthy team was essential. We were honoured to be that company.

Their old kitchen was dark and monochrome, leaving the space feeling closed in. They wanted something brighter, modern and welcoming—so that’s exactly what we created.

The redesigned kitchen features a stunning two-tone woodgrain finish paired with gloss Taupe Grey doors, giving the room a refreshing, contemporary look. We added Silestone worktops, a Blanco Silgranit sink with chrome tap, and custom-built units complete with sleek recessed LED strip lighting.

To ensure premium performance with style, the kitchen was fitted with Neff appliances, all tied together with our elegant LVT flooring.

The transformation speaks for itself, and Kenny & Andrea were over the moon with the result. Another project completed—and another home filled with joy.

We have just had our kitchen fully renovated by Mulberry kitchen Design and would like to thank Steven and his tradesmen for the fantastic job they did.
