It’s that time of year for Christmas nights out, festive cheer and great harmony with friends and colleagues. There are buses, trains, taxis, Ubers, bikes, skateboards and Shank’s Pony. Please don’t put yourself or anyone else in danger over a good time 🫶

Dear Lord above, to you we pray
That we are blessed with food this day
We pray that laughter fills the air
And toasts are made with time to spare
Oh Lord, whose wondrous powers divine
Turned humble water into wine;
Whilst here on earth, we mortal men,
Can only turn it back again.
Lord, bless us all with joy and cheer
And maybe just one pint of beer
But if its two, or maybe more
Please see us safely out the door
Lord, guide us home into our beds
To wake again with painless heads
And if that’s all too much to hope
We pray there’s Asprins in the shoap!
