When you go to change a shower screen for a customer and notice the tray has dropped and after a bit more investigation you see the tray has been leaking for years and the floor is completely rotten..

We had to remove the screen, old shower tray, tiles, plywood, and chipboard floor and replace all with new..

New lvt floor also installed and and we had to install a pvc skirting because of the tiles just falling off the wall..

Bigger job than we hoped but turned out good in the end 🔨
