This project is a perfect example of how thoughtful design and quality workmanship can completely transform a space. We’ve opened up the layout with a custom arched doorway, creating a seamless flow between rooms while adding a strong architectural feature that instantly elevates the home.

The kitchen itself features sleek but simple angles in a soft neutral tone, giving the space a clean, modern finish that feels both timeless and practical. The layout has been carefully planned to maximise storage and functionality, with a built-in oven stack, integrated appliances, and plenty of workspace throughout.

Contrasting beautifully against the light units, the black glass cooker hood and hob add a bold, contemporary edge, while the stone-effect worktops bring durability and a premium feel. The splashback continues this look for a cohesive, high-end finish.

At the sink area, a statement brass tap paired with an under-mounted sink and window position creates a bright, functional workspace with a touch of luxury. Every detail has been considered—from clean lines and symmetry to smooth transitions and precise fitting.

Still a few finishing touches to go, but this kitchen is already shaping up to be a stunning, modern upgrade that blends style, practicality, and craftsmanship.

We’ve stripped this bathroom back to its shell to do the job the right way — old plaster removed, walls taken back to solid masonry, and fresh boarding down on the floor & walls to create a strong, level base. Plumbing has been exposed and reworked so everything will be positioned perfectly for the new layout, not just squeezed into where the old suite used to sit.

Starting from this stage means no hidden surprises later and a finish that not only looks top quality but is built to last. Next up: insulating, boarding, and getting the room ready for first fix before the real visual transformation begins.
This bathroom has had a full refresh and the transformation speaks for itself. We’ve gone with clean, modern lines and a bright finish to make the space feel bigger, lighter, and way more luxurious.

The bath area is now the main feature, finished with large marble-effect wall tiles that add a high-end look without overpowering the room. Paired with the darker contrasting panels around the lower walls and bath, it gives a sharp, modern edge while still keeping things easy to maintain.

A new compact vanity unit has been fitted to make the most of the space, giving practical storage without making the room feel cramped. The fresh white suite keeps everything looking crisp, while the updated wall finishes and trims around the window tidy up what’s usually an awkward area and make it feel properly finished.

This is a perfect example of how a small bathroom can still feel stylish, modern, and functional with the right layout and material choices.
