Main Bathroom in Auldhouse. Keeping their cast iron bathroom so worked around taking care of the existing bath. Removed the old bathroom suite pipework and tiled walls. Fully re-tiled and new bathroom suite with freestanding vanity unit installed. Just waiting for the guys to redo the enamel on the bath so I can get back to seal up. Thanks to this couple and their pet spiders for their hospitality. 🕷

Wild week. These rooms were done during the storm. Main bathroom and WC finished in Cambuslang for this great customer. Reduced what was a massive bulkhead to create more room for a bigger tray then finished with black shower, radiator, taps.
WC had a layout change with the toilet moving from the centre of the room to the left and the basin to centre. Both rooms fully tiled

Bathroom In Irvine completed for a great couple. Pulled out their old suite, removed all the tiled walls and floor ,removed their old high level tray and installed a floor level tray for easy access then finished with wet wall, new bathroom suite with comfort height toilet and Illuminated mirror. Thanks for your hospitality it was a pleasure being there for the week.

Who says small can't be beautiful. Lovely little room in Shotts. Not an easy one but we worked out the best use of the space available. Customer was over the 🌙

Just an example. If left these small jobs can become much more costly. The solum under this room was a stodgy sludge due to leaking heating and waste pipes. Plus previous "plumbing" was questionable at best. This WC had been added before the internal stopcock plus the external stopcock for this house had been monoblocked over which meant that this bathroom supply wasn't able to be isolated. Quick tip, If your getting your driveway monoblocked or tarmac'd. Ensure your stopcock doesn't get covered up. This can lead to future problems amd expense.🫤

Thought I'd put an "easy" one in the calander after holiday. Little insight into fitting bathrooms or any renovation work. NEVER SAY ITS AN EASY ONE!! This had all the complications you could potentially have in in a bathroom(leaks, iffy pipework,no access to a stop cock,rotting joists and floorboards and leaking heating pipes. But there's nothing that can't be overcome. Thirty years since it's last make over. Simple finishing but a massive difference for my customer. Very happy man.

Second bathroom done for this customer. New lease of life for this unsuite. Really nice tile combination and use of brass features. Customer happy is over the moon with the way this turned out. Me too!

This week's job. Partial change over for this couple in Greenock. Having issues with water getting downstairs so needed a quick solution. Bath out and shower tray in with wet wall in the wet areas. 2 and a half days and their problem was gone. Happy couple, Happy neighbours. 😁
