Job kicked off in Cambuslang this morning 💪🏼

Works currently underway on lower areas as full scaffolding access being built up is scheduled for tommorow..

- Full bay window restoration ⏳️

- Roughcasting being removed 100% from the upper front elevation to allow for a full render process (Sandstone effect) to take its place ⏳️

- Repointing works ⏳️

Job completed in Carmyle this morning ⚒️

The customer had been in touch regarding cracks appearing throughout some areas on the existing pointing therefore the defective joints/beds were raked out and repointed with a traditional lime mortar ✅️

Also a small stone repair carried out with a coloured dye to matching the existing sandstone ✅️

Job completed in Coatbridge on Friday ⚒️

- Goalposts were fixed within this cracked area on this build to ensure stability. Crack was opened up, steels fixed in place before expoxy resin was set to hold in place before finally being rendered ✅️

- Coping stone repair carried out ✅️

- Sandstone repairs repointed with a traditional lime mortar ✅️

With a new week on the horizon CJ Stone will be working between Carmyle, Bothwell, Kirkhill and also a bigger project will be kicking off in the Cambuslang area 👌🏻

- Wall stripped back to a solid base ✅️

- Flower bed cut back to plum new build ✅️

- Wider joints & Beds were created to follow suit with the exisiting build ✅️

Wee job kicked off in Springboig this morning!

As seen with the 1st photo the existing render work had failed and was deteriorating pretty badly ❌️

The damaged area has now been stripped back to the brick and scratch coated in preparation of a finish tommorow 💪🏼

Smooth render finish pending 🙂⌛️
