Customer pays well known gas company for new Worcester Bosch 8000 with Internet Easy Control, they advise best place is the loft as their Smart Control would let them know how the boiler is doing. Customer took their advice, it now needed re pressurised both customers in their 80’s and can’t access the loft to do this, to work around the problem I ran pipes down into cupboard allowing them to top up pressure at an easily accessible level, happy customer.
