roof which originally was flat bit we added a 35 degree pitch for water to run off .
Down pipes added and under ground pipe for water to drain ti mains so no surface flooding

All loose render removed full fungus was to walls pva sealed before base coat layed on fiber glass mesh added for strength and flexibility all corners beaded with white pwder coated beads Top coat is white in colour stone pack and sky marble chips to decorate
