This maintenance team are responsible for providing ongoing planned and reactive maintenance for more than 9,000 residential properties across Glasgow
This position will cover Glasgow where properties consists mainly of Victorian/Edwardian Street properties
Job Description
As a multi skilled joiner, you will carry out high quality repairs and maintenance works to these domestic properties.
Must have experience of joinery including kitchen refits, installing new internal doors, boxing in of pipework, laminate flooring and beading.
Focused on delivering a great customer experience, you'll strive to meet set timescales and get the work done with a 'right first time' approach. The works will take place in residential homes so customer service and tidiness is crucial.
You'll have a good focus on Health and Safety awareness and wear the correct PPE at all times

Experience Required
• Be a fully qualified ideally with Social Housing experience
• Be confident Joiner
• Have some multi-trade experience/knowledge
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a joinery/multi trade background to join a maintenance team in Glasgow. Working on a Social Housing Contract, the successful candidate will work on Reactive Maintenance on a portfolio of mainly Victorian/Georgian Builds.
The successful Candidate will have their own transport and tools for the job.
