Rear extension for an elderly family member in Glasgow
A comfortable personal space was designed & created to meet the clients needs.
We supplied our services to conduct a full site measured survey to then create all drawings and specifications.
Full planning permission and building warrant submitted and approved.👍

Double Detached Garage
Converted into a large second family lounge area.
We supplied and submitted the drawing design pack for building control
to gain building warrant approval for our client.
Ensuring all specification was in accordance with the latest building regulations.

Bifold doors installation job
all part of a kitchen revamp.
A Building Warrant was required
We provided our drawings package along with our structural engineers calculations for a beam above the Bifolds then submitted a warrant application for the client to their local authority.
Then we gained
Approval from building control
to allow works commence.
Really turned out a lovely job.
Client now has so much natural light in the kitchen area.

Tired old bungalow project.
Needed a fresh new full design package submitted and approved by
NLC planning and building control dept.
Working closely with the structural engineer on this one to provide a full design package to cover all aspects of the build for the new side and rear extension
with a whole new internal configuration.

Designed, Submitted, Approved !
