Modular West Ltd was established in response to the growing demand from clients for design led, quality and efficient modular homes here in Scotland.
Founded in 2020 by Local contractor Roddy Mac Innes (Coastal Homes) and wife Lisa,
Modular West provides a distinct hands on approach, combining a responsive design process, collaborative relationships with clients and a considered, holistic fabrication process delivered and completed on site.
Recognising the need for a more streamlined construction process on the western isles - a location historically blighted by high construction costs and traditional onsite construction methods hampered by the local weather - Modular West have set about constructing a new purpose built factory on Barra with the aim to produce fit for purpose accommodation twelve months of the year.
