Cast Iron Downpipe, from Faded Brown to Shiny Black

Our lady customer assisted proceedings with a machine coffee

The pipe was wire brushed with an angle grinder, then with a wire brush, sanded and wiped down.

We painted with primer/undercoat then gloss top to bottom

She said it was super

Dark Oak Fence Panel Touching Up

The job spec was to treat all horizontal battens as they were sun faded, any previously missed patches and make them look good.

They now look much better.

Three panels left to do

Our lady customer was delighted and made a coffee and gave us some rhubarb stems to cook into a crumble later

Light fitting removed, ceiling and walls emulsioned

The dust sheets were moved to where we were painting and the remaining furniture shuffled a lot

Second coat tomorrow then undercoat/glossing the woodwork

We painted four rooms here last year and never met our customers. Today we did !
