Andy came out to us on Saturday morning as our front door was locked shut!! Sorted a temporary lock out once the door decided to open!! Came back today and finished the job.... Plus sorted our back door for us too. Friendly and reliable service. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. Andy gave good recommendations as to what we needed and fitted the locks for a good price. Following a minor teething issue with one of the locks one evening he came round immediately to sort it despite being an hour's drive a way. I think that is a reflection of the pride he takes in his work and the high standards he holds himself to.

A word of caution for the Easter weekend, if I may.

As always on national holiday's the national locksmith companies will be advertising heavily on google where most people will be searching in their hour of need.

Now I have been shot down in flames for saying this before, but these companies advertise as local locksmiths but have call centres as far away as Dorset. They charge incredibly inflated prices, sometimes 300% higher than the Master Locksmith association recommended charges.

So my advice is, make sure you are talking to the Locksmith that will be knocking on your door at the agreed time. If it feels like a call centre then please hang up and call someone else, it could save you lots of £££££.

Andy came to fix my jammed door at very short notice. The parts of my old lock were obsolete but he worked tirelessly for almost 2 hours to ensure the new parts were compatible. He even upgraded my lock at no extra cost because it took so long to fix. Andy did not give up and made sure he left with my door properly secured. I will most certainly use him again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. What a star!! Thank you!!
