I been mega busy last couple of months, this is one I done last month with 2 very happy customers at the end of the job.
Having said that they’ve asked me back to do the downstairs toilet. 🫡

I turned this old ran down bathroom into a lovely luxury up to date modern bathroom in just 8 days!!!!

‼️ Wetroom Alert ‼️

Back to it, Turning houses to homes 🏡

We Turned this old ran down bathroom into a lovely modern wetroom/walk in shower for the customer this one really was a made to test me but we got there in the end💪🏼 32m2 tiling including around a door way front and back but also had to make sure the front grout lines matched with the back grout lines 😎

Some cowboy also tiled on top of tiles not once but twice!!!! Yes TRIPLE tiles walls and floor 🤠

This wetroom had the following:

Old bath out ✅
Old basin and vanity out ✅
Old close coupled toilet out ✅
Old radiator out ✅
All tiles off the walls ✅
All tiles off the floor ✅
Stud work built for shower Valve 🚿
Waterproof boards in the wet area ✅
Concrete floor broken out for tray ✅
Wetroom former tray installed ✅
Waterproof tanking kit in wet area ✅
Underfloor heating Matt installed ✅
Floor self levelled ✅
All walls and floor tiles ( brick effect ) ✅
New black Matt towel radiator installed ✅
Toilet vanity unit installed ✅
2 way concealed shower valve fitted ✅
Shower pump installed in airing cupboard ✅
Basin vanity and 2 storage units fitted ✅
Black wall in shower glass installed ✅
Silicone sealed ready for use ✅

I’ve also been asked by the customer to come back and move a radiator and some pipe work and their words were “ we’d like you back because you do everything right Ross”
