Advanced Building Systems in partnership with The Timber Lodge Company have Just completed a two bedroom lodge in loughborough. Both teams have worked exceptionally hard throughout this build making it to this stage in twelve days ready for plastering. The client wanted to keep the fire place and chimney stack from an original building so we incorporated this in the new build also forming an inglenook fire place with an oak beam. The exterior is a dark stained ship lap cladding and the roof covering is a metro tile shingle. The client had some waney edge yew on site so a porch was formed over the door entrance as a thank you for giving us the opportunity to build a stunning lodge for him.

Homes can be fully finished or as a basic frame for self builders, developers and DIY enthusiasts.
We make structures that conform to the definition of a ‘caravan’.
Although transportable they often come as a flat pack home.
Specialists in full size 65 x 22 ft twin unit homes. Delivered Nationwide.
Our homes are most often used by relatives in private gardens.
Each home has a unique design and is finished to the customer’s requirements both inside and out.
Hard to access plots and back gardens are not a problem.
Some static caravans and mobile homes have a reputation of thin walls. The finished walls of our homes look and feel just like normal houses both inside and out. They provide superb thermal insulation for the coldest winters.
Our operation is essentially that of a timber frame builder and main-contractor service. We don’t have plush offices and a huge manufacturing plant which enables us to pass on value for money homes.
The experts we use can advise on the mobile home law and conformity. We always advise every customer to check with the local council first before committing to any purchase.
The company is owned by father and Son; Scott and Paul and we keep things simple just offering a specification and design to suit your budget.
