Clearing up all the grass with my trusty Stein ground tarp.
This paddock has cracks that eat wheelbarrow wheels & ant hills up to my knees! The tarp slides with ease over everything, quick flick & it's empty 👍.

Big pond clearance the other day.
Every couple of years I have to bring the mass of reeds & blanket w**d. To an actual pond.
Absolutely dominated by Smooth & Palmate Newts.
Hundreds of dragon & damsel fly larvae.
Oh & one 🐸

Wild lawns are the one for me!
For the third time I've been rewarded with spotted orchids in my lawns. I spend time encouraging wild flowers patches in lawns. They are pretty & great for nature.......unlike a perfectly striped lawn!
