When the elements want in to your property it can be a daunting prospect. In this case plant climbers damaged the exterior stone pointing causing water ingress. With the climbers removed the pointing was raked out and re pointed, followed by hacking off all blown render inside the hallway back to the stone, three coats of lime were applied (scratch coat, float coat and top coat) to finish the job back to its original state.
