An MDF boxing in the hallway to hide the gas meter and utilise the space as a shoe cupboard.
After fitting the metal corner beads it was meshed and primed before applying a base coat of Anthracite Microcement.
Once dry, a second coat of Slate Microcement was applied for contrast and texture.
A final Anthracite coat was applied for effect, before it was sanded back and a Titanium sealer applied.
Hard wearing, waterproof and visually pleasing.

A renovation that involved moving the partition stud wall to create a larger bathroom.
The boxed soil pipe was no longer in the bedroom next door, which meant the WC, in its new position, could be plumbed in very conveniently.
The bath was removed for an easy access low level walk in shower. Matching vanity units, tiling and waterproof LVT flooring, along with a tall designer towel rail completed the new modern finish.

Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, so they say!

We completed a bathroom in December 2018, and were contacted by the customers parents to revamp their bathroom.

Due to future mobility concerns, they wanted the bath removed and a walk in shower fitted. An area that was easy to keep clean and tidy was also important.

We installed a low profile tray and used shower panels instead of tiles so there were large flat areas to wipe over, and very few joints or grout lines to clean.

Vanity units for both the basin and WC, meant no unsightly pipes and nice clean lines. Waterproof LVT flooring finished off a simple low maintenance "less is more" bathroom. (DHG 09/20)

Despite the world at the moment, we have been just as busy carrying out installations within the government guidelines.

Our customers en-suite shower was too small for purpose, so we removed the wall between it, and the bedroom cupboard next door. This created the space for a good sized 1200 x 800 tray with sliding door.

The radiator was moved from one wall to another and changed to a towel rail, and the WC was moved from along side the basin to the end wall. This created a more open plan feel of more space and Pale Grey shower boards with matching half high tiles in the bathroom made the area light and airy. (AAG 07/20)

This customer, noticed evidence of damp on their kitchen ceiling. We discovered that the bath was not only damaged, but had been fitted poorly. This had resulted in damage to the floorboards and kitchen. We removed the damaged bath and installed a "P" shaped shower bath with matching glass door. We located matching tiles so that they didn't have to go to the expense of a complete bathroom re-fit. A new luxury vinyl floor and plastered ceiling returned the rooms to normality! The customer likes the floor so much, we are returning to do their hallway in a couple off weeks!

What a smashing summer we've had! Fortunately, we have spent much of it outside, repairing lead work, rendering and painting, which has done wonders for the tan!
