We are looking forward more exciting projects like this historic barn conversion which is located within the Green Belt, AONB, AGLV as well as a local Conservation Area. Without altering the external form we increased the floor area by lowering the internal ground level and added a mezzanine to create a gym and cinema room with workspace above. A real hidden gem, swipe to see the interior which beautifully displays the restored original timber frame.

We are very pleased to have obtained planning approval for this timber clad extension to a lovely cottage in The Sands. With glass to glass corner windows to take in views of the garden, the extension will create a significant increase in floor area for a small home within the greenbelt.

Our project in Churt achieved practical completion at the end of last week. A structural glass link separates the original Harold Falkner house from the new zinc roofed extension. The new building contains the kitchen and dining areas which were relocated towards the beautiful gardens, as well as access via a boot room. The landscaping and planting is underway so we hope to have some more photos of this great project to share with you soon.

Hello summer! Good to see you. Last month we obtained Listed Building Consent for an extension to a large Grade II listed home. There are currently a lot of tenders out for pricing and good progress is being made with the jobs on site. We've also started designing on some new projects in Godalming and Farnham so lots to look forward to.

It's been a busy first month back in the studio. With sites up and running again, our extension to a Harold Falkner house in Churt is starting to take shape. We've obtained Full Plans Building Control approval on a home in Busbridge, as well as submitting several planning applications to Waverley Borough Council. Now if it would just stop raining...
