We’re delighted to share that Surrey Hills Landscapes won three awards at the 2026 APL Awards hosted by the Association of Professional Landscapers.

These awards celebrate excellence in landscape construction across the UK, recognising the craftsmanship, creativity and professionalism of APL members.

Treetops – Best in Catagory (Project Value £80,000–£100,000)
Priory Cottage – Silver Gilt (Project Value £50,000–£65,000 )
The Glade –Gold (project value £100,000–£175,000 )

These awards are a testament to the skill and dedication of our team and the fantastic clients and designers we collaborate with. We take huge pride in delivering gardens that combine thoughtful design, quality materials and meticulous construction.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in these projects and to the judges for recognising our work.

We’re really proud to share that our Priory Cottage project has been shortlisted for an APL Award, with the winners announced this March 🌿🏆

The standard of entries across the awards is exceptionally high, which makes this recognition even more meaningful. The APL sets a very high benchmark for quality, professionalism and craftsmanship within the landscaping industry, so to be included alongside so many outstanding projects is a real honour.

This garden was all about thoughtful design, quality build and creating a space that truly fits its setting. Huge thanks to our brilliant team and to the clients for trusting us with their space.

Summer is the season when many of our design projects come to fruition. Our latest design projects to be ‘built’ have been several years in the making, through extensive research, consultation and then a full codesign process. It helps to be a patient person!

Matching a great design with a great team of landscapers (the guys who do the work on the ground) also takes time. For this double site project in England, we are delighted to be working with Surrey Hills Landscapes, who pride themselves on reliability and attention to detail. Watch this space as our latest two design projects come to life!

Cracking on well with the second phase of our project near Farnham considering the awful weather. These yorkstone setts, paving and bespoke kerbs from are lovely to work with and look stunning when wet...enough with the rain though now please 😉

Experienced Labourers and Hard Landscapers required to join our team to help create our beautiful outdoor spaces.

- Must be reliable and be able to get to our yard in Godalming
- Driving licence preferred
- 40 hour per week
- Uniform will be provided
- Great training and development opportunities
- 28 days a year paid holiday


Labourers £100-£120 per day

Hard Landscapers £150 - £180 per day

Salary dependant on experience with good career and pay progression for the right candidates.
