Last night
after waiting 4 hours for the RAC, around 22:30 a customer called with keys locked in car, fortunately she had a spare key in Scotland and her daughter was able to send over picture of the key, which I was able to de-code and cut a spare. So please take clear pictures of all your keys , as it really does help in situations like this.

Hi, Just thought I should let you all know to check your energy contract . I’m with Pozitive energy and my contract has ended. The bill has increased 6 fold up from .25p to £1.50 a day standing charge. The unit rate has also increased. Over a year from £91.25 to £547.50 that’s just for having the meter. I really don’t know how this can legal.

Have just been out on a job, a customer had lost his keys. He had spent hours retracing his steps looking for them. After I opened his door there was a note on the door mat from the neighbour saying she’d found his keys. Better to stick note on the outside of the door and not put through letterbox.

Hi Everyone, I got called out last night by an agency , a chap locked out in Hindhead.. They charged £180. If the customer had called me directly the cost would be £95. The agency take advantage of peoples desperation, doubles the cost.. then farms the jobs out to local independent locksmiths.... if you want to pay double call me direct and use code X2 thanks ..
