Gas boiler serviced every single year… but classified as IMMEDIATELY DANGEROUS and made safe on our visit ⚠️

Some of the companies out there are honestly shocking. This is happening in people’s homes all the time.

Just goes to show — pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Don’t always go for the cheapest quote… it could cost you far more in the long run.

And the scary part? This boiler is only 9 years old and had to be replaced.

Visited a property today to provide a quote for new radiators and took the opportunity to check on the boiler we installed around 10 months ago. Pleased to report it’s performing at an efficiency level of 95%, fully optimized via OpenTherm.

Important Update‼️

While working away in Coventry last night, my van was unfortunately broken into in a hotel car park. All of my tools worth thousands of pounds were stolen, the van was drilled through security locks and everything taken.

They cleaned me out with everything all hand tools the lot.

Recently wrapped up a job at a property in Golborne. Hit a few bumps along the way — including a gas leak that definitely couldn’t be ignored! After some thorough investigation and a bit of track and trace, we found the culprit hiding under the upstairs floorboards… old lead pipework! All sorted now and another property left safe and compliant. ✅
