Couple more recent works projects carried out,

Firstly, a repeat customer called me back in to add an extension to their existing patio front them to sit their hot tub on.
Once ground was marked out, a small dig was carried out to clear and level the ground then in with membrane, stoned up and install of 3 posts to carry a sunshade,
Next step was to lay slabs which were finished off with a brick edging.

Secondly, another repeat customer asked me to build 2 raised sleeper beds.
Again started off with marking out + digging out trenches to sit the sleepers in.
Inbetween the 2 beds, customer wanted a step so incorporated a sleeper retainer and once both beds were built laid some concrete pavers to create the steps.

Resulting in another couple of happy customers.

Morning all, Pics of some work's carried out recently.

*A new customer brought me in to lay a new patio area with 1 requirement of a rounded corner to soften the shape.
Once area was marked out + dug out, area was covered with a ground membrane, stoned up + compacted.
Slabs layed and edges filled leve with soil equalling another happy customer.

*Secondly I sripped out a bathroom for an existing customer ready for them to install a new shower room.

Here's more pics of 2 recent works carried out for the same new customer.

The first works was for the build of a kit form gazebo which I completed with the help of the home owner up on the top tier of their garden.

All went to plan and customer happy with build, they then asked me to return to rebuild the steps leading up onto the top tier.
Previous steps were steep and uneven, I kept them in place and built off them creating a much smoother, solid + safer climb.
(The sleeper base I attached some 3mm packers to the undersides to keep the sleepers out of contact with the ground.

Here's some pics of recent project I completed.
A new customer brought me into extend her new build patio for her.
Customer supplied the slabs while I supplied the rest of materials required.
Once marked out was time for a dig which was heavy going,
Then in with the membrane, stoned up + lay of paving.
Once all paving was completed, project was edged up with a charcoal block paver.

Selection of pics of recent works,
Full redecoration of a bedroom for a repeat customer, ceiling, walls + wall Woodworks,
Secondly removal of existing + build of a new side gate + side panel,
Next, build of some flat pack furniture + installmof a new curtain pole for another repeat customer,
Also completed another redecoration of a spare bedroom and a boiler cupboard following on from the installation of a new hot water heater.

Here's a tiling project I carried out recently for a new customer,
Existing tiles removed, along with basin, shower, shower curtain + rad,
Once walls were made good they were primed ready for tiling, in the shower area they were treated with 2 coats of waterproofer,
Walls tiled floor to ceiling with a central pattern tile,
Once tiling was completed, refit of basin, shower, new shower screen and rad,
Bathroom finished off with emulsioning of ceiling with an undercoat + gloss to Woodworks.

Here's pics of 1 of my recent works, a cloakroom refurb project.
Cloakroom was tiled floor to ceiling which my customer removed themselves.

They brought me in end of Nov/start of Dec last year to remove carpet, basin, toilet + rad.

Following my visit, cloakroom was reskimmed and my customer emulsioned
walls + ceiling once skim was fully dried.

I returned end of jan to refit + tile. As can be seen basin was fitted onto a vanity unit which I removed the back panel of + refitted once all plumbed up. In future, if access to pipeworks is needed unscrew of 3 screws and remove back panel then have full + easy access.

Job went to plan which is always nice + great customers to work for, what more could you ask for!

Here's pics of a recent fence build I completed a couple of weeks ago.

Existing fence was on its last legs and was replaced with timber posts and panels, customer didn't want to pay the extra for concrete posts and gravel boards.

Had to be dig through a foot of concrete (flaunching for the driveways edgings) then into solid clay for each post so wasnt an easy mission.
Along the front swapped to feather edge boarding to compensate for the shape/line of the existing fence.
Finished by returning to the house wall and build of a new gate.
