5 components changed on a boiler today. Warped electrodes causing the boiler to lock out, two air vents leaking (one on the pump, the other on top of the boiler), discharge valve letting-by and a leak from the hot water thermistor. Tenant happy and an even happier landlord who was glad to have the issues pointed out rather than ignored which was the case with the previous engineer!
