Before and after ! Designed and installed by ourselves. This bathroom had a full transformation. The bathroom had been flooded, and the whole floor needed to be pulled up as it had all given way. The ceiling was pulled down, and all walls were boarded with a combination of shower board or moisture resistant mdf. The floor was replaced with a structural ply for extra strength. This particular property is steel framed so getting pipes and waste out of the way so the shower tray was on the floor was a challenge but we managed it and now it's a lovely low step into the shower. All plumbing was done with copper and soldered.

We installed a honesty shower, vanity, and a framed toilet. It's created a clean, simple but stunning looking bathroom.

There are plenty of close-up shots to show the finish of the silicon, etc, we do aim for a professional finish on every aspect that is within our control.

Latest bathroom completed in Vigo. Complete change on this one with soil pipe alteration for floating toilet. Rad moved to opposite wall. New electrics throughout. We never use old outdated cables or fittings on plumbing, this ensures your bathroom will last through the years. Shower/bath fully waterproofed. We helped with choice selection on this one too. Swipe to see the before and afters of kitchen in vigo village, multiple rooms incorporated into the kitchen design on this one. The floor needed a serious amount of work to get it all the same level. By getting the floors the same level and using the same floor throughout it has tied the rooms together. Quartz tops and painted hardwood doors give this kitchen a real high end finish. All designed and installed by ourselves. Thanks to .factor for doing the electrics on this one and for doing a great job on the stone tops. #

Before and afters of this bathroom completed in Vigo village, the separate toilet was removed, wall removed and blocked up. Shower pump installed and a nice big 1400 x 900 shower tray installed. All wet areas fully waterproofed including sts tile board. New wiring for lighting, switch relocated outside, new inline fan installed in the loft to keep the bathroom clear when showering. The boxing at the end of the shower had to be kept due to an internal soil pipe but in the single toilet side it was reduced in depth and height to give a nice useful shelf for the shower. Overall I love how this one has come out it's so clean and bright.

Kitchen completed for who also installed the worktops. Kitchen supplied by . A few customised pieces on this one. Boxing in in matching panel to hide extractor ducting. Beautiful brass quooker tap with handwash dispenser . The worktops really finish this one off.
