💙 Feeling Really Proud Today 💙
We’ve just read a lovely update from Linx Youth Project about a Spotlight story on Match My Project, about the work being done and its honestly…given
us a bit of a lump in the throat.
Seeing this project talked about in that way really brings home why we wanted to get involved in the first place. This wasn’t just about fitting a kitchen — it was about helping create a space where young people can feel comfortable, learn practical skills, talk, laugh, work together and just be themselves.
The article highlights exactly what Linx is all about: real support, real opportunities, and genuine care for local young people. We’re so glad we could play a small part in that by transforming their kitchen into a space that can be used every day for cooking, learning and bringing people together.
We’ve shared some before and after photos so you can see the transformation for yourself — but the real impact is what happens in that room going forward.
