These Mayolica Azulejoe tiles from Discount Tiles looking 🔥 against the Copper Blush paint from Dulux.

Two rows of tiles carefully removed in this new build, keeping drylining in tact.

Herringbone centred on back wall of the bath then wrapped onto each side, neatly finishing on a full tile and cut.

All Grouted and Sealed with Kerrakol #05

52m² of 22mm Minster Natural Finish Limestone laid from .stone.online for the in Husthwaite

- Random sizes meant laying in a random bond
- Laitance removed
- Sub floor primed
- Anti fracture membrane laid
- Bullnosed step and threshold strip installed
- Sealed with mattstone
- Grouted with .uk Wide Joint Stone Beach 100kg 🙃
- Final coat of sealer applied

Closed out 2025 with this stunner of a Wetroom.

1200x600 Calacatta Viola Marble Matt Porcelain. Going to look unreal with the brass fittings from Lusso.

- LED Strip lighting framing the ceiling and the niche
- Tiled Ceiling using props and clamps through opening for extractor to ensure full coverage.
- Resin Mitred external corners of niche, step, and opening to shower.
- Resin mixed to colour match the Jasmine Kerapoxy Grout from
- Kerrakol H40 adhesives throughout

Savoy Crema and Amber Matt Porcelain Diamond Pattern Hallway recently completed in Yarm.

Strato matting fixed with Ardex's AF200 Matting adhesive allowing us to get on tiling straightaway.

H40 advanced giving us the extra pot life but setting like a normal rapid set adhesive, finished with Fugabella 24.

Bathroom completed in Chop Gate:

-1200x600 Jungle Tiles
-1200x600 Salmon Tiles
- 330x330 Victorian Pattern Floor Tiles

All fixed using Kerrakols H40 Range adhesives, finished with Fugabella number 20 grout and silicone.

Ceiling overboarded over lumpy artex, and skimmed as well as window wall, with new Ogee skirting to complete the work.

Excited to see the room second fixed with a Copper Effect Roll Top Bath.

The Victorians just knew what they were doing with fireplaces.

These lovely Quarry Effect Porcelain from , laid in a diamond pattern. I cut the base down to ensure that the tiles finished on a full and half tile each side. Using the natural edge of the black quarry tile on the riser to frame the hearth, leaves it with a tight near border.
