-Carpet, Underlay and Grippers removed
-Floor cleaned and primed using acrylic primer.
-Decoupling matting laid
-Floor tiled in a grey 1200mm x 200mm wood effect plank tiles
-Grouted with BAL Ash grout
-Silicone round the skirting boards in a colour match silcone.

En-Suite completed in Bishops Stortford.

This one was an absolutely huge transformation. As you can see from the before pictures the en-suite was suffering from a mould and moisture issue. After identifying an incorrectly sealed window, insufficiently powered extractor fan and a generally poorly insulated room as the causes of the mould and moisture we stripped the room back to bare brick work ready to start again.

The walls, floor and ceiling were properly insulated, a new high powered extractor fan was fitted and the windows was sealed properly.

Dual outlet digital shower with large rain head
Fully backed close coupled toilet
Shaker effect basin unit
LED backlit circular mirror
Large heated towel rail
Tiled niche with LED lighting
WiFi controlled underfloor heating
Extra large format marble effect wall and floor tiles
Pink brick effect tiles on the feature wall and back of the shower niche
