This recent job completely lifted the space — all ceilings and walls finished in brilliant white vinyl matt for a clean, bright look.

Another 3-bedroom rental property completed in Worcester ✅

This one needed a full refresh to get it ready for the next tenants. All areas were sanded, filled, and paper re-stuck where required. There were quite a few stains left by previous tenants, so these were properly stain blocked before repainting.

• Ceilings painted fresh white
• Walls finished in magnolia
• All woodwork undercoated and glossed

While on the job, I noticed the bath silicone had failed. The customer asked me to sort it, so it’s now replaced and looking clean and tidy.

The property is now fresh, clean, and ready for the next tenant 👌
