Another customer in Cleethorpes who was unable to leave her unsecure house, that is, until we got there!

There's never a good time for door security to fail, but being tied indoors in this weather makes it feel 10 times worse, at least we were able to help her the same day. We left the customer with peace of mind, security allowing her to enjoy the ☀️ , 🍧and a 🍺 in the garden....

Do you have a key safe on your property?
Have you told your insurance company? If not, it MAY invalidate your policy.

I see many of these installed , here are some things to think about....

DO I NEED A KEYSAFE? Is there an alternative, can you leave a spare key with a neighbour or relative?
CHOICE- there are key safes and key safes. Is the one i have the most suitable for its intended purpose? Your insurance company may suggest a suitable product.
INSTALLATION - think about hiding the key safe away, out of public view. Criminals know what's inside. Its visibility is an open invite. Determined individuals will persist to access the safe and enter your property using the key. This may invalidate your insurance, as no forced entry has occurred.
CODE - Who has access to the code? How often do you change it?

Got to love a fresh mortice lock fit...
This customer had just moved in to this flat and was undertaking a program of refreshing the property. It starts with security!!

A mortice lock install , rim cylinder swap and all window locks changed at this property in Grimsby.

"HELP! We can't lock our doors".🆘️

First call was out at Binbrook after the customer of an AirBnB was unable to lock the door. She was concerned as she had visitors arriving in a few hours. A faulty lock was the culprit! Not to worry, we had it sorted! 👍

Second call was for a young Mother in Grimsby, a damaged keep was identified and rectified.👍

Different problems but the end result is the same...... happy, secure customers!! 😊🔑🔓🔐

Customer was delighted to be able to get back into his garage again after the lock failed ...... I'm not surprised either!. Tools, food, beer and homemade juices!

He was quick to show his appreciation with a gift of homemade pressed apple juice (frozen)..... and delicious it is too! Can't wait for it to thaw......🍎🍏🥤🧊🫠

It's little wonder this customer in Grimsby was unable to lock her door. Damaged door furniture was identified, replaced and the door adjusted to ensure smooth operation.

Sometimes faults are simple. The end result is the same; another happy customer!

This customer was using the garage as a home gym 💪🏋‍♂️🤸‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚴‍♀️. This was a bitter/ sweet job for the customer.

Not only did we gain entry non-destructively but we were able to fit a new British standard mortice lock to secure it. 🗝🔐🔒

There's no excuse not to go to the gym now!!....
😂🤣
