Repairs and maintenance today, the whole fence needs replacing but the idea was to build a small removable fence panel to allow access to a drain behind it for cleaning purposes, and you can see the old fence was rotten, also the gutter has been unblocked getting rid of a dripping Chinese water torture noise

Another busy couple of days over the weekend, pipes boxed in with plasterboard ready for the room re skim, some broken render patched up ready for room reskim, and plate racks taken off the walls and patched over, these two rooms will be completely reskimmed by a plasterer, upon taking the plate racks off I noticed one part next the chimney breast the render had completely blown off ( past moisture damage) advised to take the whole affected area off and be rendered again.
