Grimsby Garden Centre We’re more than just a garden centre. Yes, we do blooming good plants, cared for and selected by our own horticulture experts.

We do the garden tools, the compost, the furniture and everything you need to have a garden that others are envious of. We’re here with gifts from local independent makers, home accessories, indoor furniture and the bits in between. But what’s more, we’re:
a training provider and a proud employer of local people with mental health problems.

ne - from green-fingered experts to brand-new beginners, from 8 to 80 (and beyond) - to get out gardening.
- a not-for-profit social enterprise. That means our profits are reinvested for the benefit of the local community – in particular mental health services.

We were really proud to play our part in yesterday’s royal visit, being asked to provide plants for the Our Future event during His Majesty The King’s time in Grimsby. Colin took great care getting everything ready - the geraniums that brightened the room and the native rowan tree chosen for the occasion.

The plants in the room were a little nod to how much nature and a bit of gardening joy can lift our community, something we know His Majesty values just as much as we do.

Playing a small part in such a big moment for our area meant a lot to us. As a part of the community and being owned by Navigo , we love seeing the dedication of local organisations, partners and volunteers who are working together to make North East Lincolnshire a better place to live.

A proud day for Grimsby, and a proud moment for us too!

Tina has created these blooming lovely, red white and blue planters just in time for the World Cup kicking off.

Not only are they perfect for cheering on England, but each one also supports The Gardiner Hill Foundation, with 10% of every pot going to the charity to help give local people with mental health difficulties, small but meaningful grants.
