A recent Bathroom completed for a lovely couple who was looking for a new design with extra unit space but keeping with a bath and shower, heres there new beautiful modern bathroom 😁😁.

This bathroom entails.

Counter top sink with waterfall kellen mixer tap

Straight 1700x700 bath with mira rainforest mixer, kellen waterfall mixer bath filler and modern hinged shower screen.

Modern square towel radiator

Led bluetooth mirror above the sink

Pvc gloss white and chrome ceiling featuring ip65 rated spot lights with cool white leds and a inline fan light kit above the shower for maximum effect

Cream tiles floor to ceiling with wooden effect lvt (click vinyl) flooring and a wooden effect worktop.

This beautiful colour is so popular and beautiful too look at all handless aswel 😍 with white marble laminate worktops breakfast bar and upstands
Intergrated items throughout including washer dish washer fridge freezer with oven and microwave aswel.

There was a internal wall taken away in this one by our specialist builder giving more space for new units and a breakfast bar
All plumbing electrics plastering and fitting are completed by our team leaving no hassle at all for our customers. From rip out to completion our customers can relax knowing its all going to be completed by our professional team.

A recent bathroom we completed for a lovely couple.

Upon our arrival to give our quotation there bathroom was so small a little dated and they suffered constant leaks amd mishaps, we extended designed and completed this stunning refurbishment for them and as i think youll agree it looks amazing 😍😍.

We removed a interior wall giving much more space then re-errected new walls for what id designed to make sure all fitted to our specifications. Ill put the bedroom pics of what we did (fully plastered, light and switches moved with new radiator and skirting throughout ready for painting) and a video on the comments to see what we had to do to make this dream bathroom possible.

This bathroom consists of.....

600x600 White and gold tiles fitted to the wall and floor with white trims throughout / also reveals inserted to the walls with lights fitted in the shower and above the bath for shampoos and shower gels etc.

Tiel acorn fitted units with extra storage and gold handles to match taps and shower etc with white sparkle marble worktop made to measure.

Consealed cistern and back to wall toilet pan with changes made to there soil pipework.

His and hers white marble and gold sinks with gold clicker wastes.

White actual Stone floor shower tray and white stone waste fitted with gold and glass shower surround with a hinged acces panel.

Free standing oval bath with gold clicker waste.

Gold mixer filler taps with gold free standing bath and shower unit attached.

Gold designer towel radiator with copper tails and gold floor couplers.

Concealed gold raiser shower with ceiling mounted drencher.

White gloss ceiling with 7 ip65 rated spots with 6500k bulbs to match the inline fan light kit we fitted next to the drencher for maximum effect.

30" bathroom smart tv with built in speaker system.

All new pipe work waste work and electrics was also fitted throughout this entire job by our trained professionals.

Im so in love ❤️ with this bathroom and its not hard to see why there was no expense spared on this one and our customers have there and my dream bathroom.

Magnificent bathroom we fitted 🛀🛀🛀.

This bathroom was designed by myself (M.S BATHROOMS KITCHENS AND PROPERTY SERVICES) and our customers who had a keen eye for design and new exactly what they wanted.

This Beautiful bathroom features....

All pipe work changed including new waste work throughout, pvc ceiling installed along with different ranges of ip65 rated lights throughout including led bespoke designed oak shelving by ourselves.

A stone grey walk in shower tray with screen and 4 way jetted chrome shower along with a salamader dual pump fitted for sufficient pressure to there gravity fed water system.

Free standing grey and white ceramic bath with clicker chrome waste and a free standing chrome central pillar tap.

The oak vanity unit was origanally a cupboard and draw unit the customers already had which brought sentimental value to them, i transformed into a working double sink unit featuring worktop mouted matching pillar taps with 2 resin stone sinks with clicker wastes then added towel rails to each side and a oak mirror above.

Soil hiding flush to the wall close coupled toilet.

Tiled throughout with indian stone wall tiles with a feature running through walls and floor, floor tiles was a dark stone giving a more radiant affect to the walls.
Also there is a feature wall behind the bath of a rustic wooden wall which looks amazing.

As you can see this bathroom is absolutely stunning and both me and my customers are overjoyed with the outcome of this one. We put our heads together and the finished result absolutely speaks for itself.

So happy to have completed this, its one of my favourites to date absolutely stunning 😍😍💙💙

Beautiful kitchen we completed some time back 🔪🍝.

This Beautiful kitchen was completed by our team at M.S BATHROOMS KITCHENS & PROPERTY SERVICES all from start to finish with a wall removed giving our customers this amazing open planned and spacious kitchen with fitted tv.

Theyve gone for light grey shaker style doors with a dark solid oak wooktop which we also stained for them.
Black appliances such as gas hob with two ovens a auto extractor fan and large wine chiller, new spot lights throughout with hanging breakfast bar and table lights, under unit and kick board lights and two new designer grey radiators. Splash back tiled in white metro tiles with grey grout all the way to the ceiling with a feature on there breakfast bar and the floor space through out in wood effect tiles to match worktop.

There was also a utility room done exactly the same with there washer dryer etc fitted.

As you can see this is a beautiful kitchen diner were so happy with so are our customers all completed by one team so no hassle for our customers having to supply all different trades and saving them money in the process.

Beautiful bathroom completion 🛀🛀

Another bathroom completed by our team at M.S BATHROOMS KITCHENS & PROPERTY SERVICES.

This one consists of white and chrome pvc ceiling with ip65 rated spot lights and a inline fan kit, L shaped shower bath and screen with a mira rainfall mixer shower and round waterfall matching taps.
Anthracite gloss toilet and sink units with a grey marble effect laminate worktop, on the counter sink with round led mirror above and a large Anthracite radiator.

This was a full refurb from start to finish as always with our work our customer loved our design and finished product.

From rip out to completion all by one team, plumbing, elctrics, joinery all complete from start to finish.

This beautiful dark blue shaker with white marble work tops and splash back all round is just what this kitchen needed with beautiful under unit lighting and a tv to finish it off and might i add we had amazing customers on this one who are as you can probably tell over the moon with the results as are we.
