Started this one a while ago.

I was originally recommended to the builder by an old customer of mine to Install two beautiful cast iron radiators, a double panel convector radiator and a towel rail - all in new locations.

I was also asked to re run the gas and central heating pipework through the property as it was all originally mounted on top of gorgeous oak beams and was all over the place. Now it’s all been discreetly hidden under floorboards and screed.

Since then, I was asked to help with the bathroom installation too. I took my time on first fix, running copper pipes in the wall and even run a new soil stack to a new toilet location - and look at the result.

I knew this one would be a gem but didn’t realize it would be a flagship bathroom for the ages..

Stoked with how this turned out!

BOILER SERVICING

We provide a fully tiered boiler service to fit the individual needs of the appliance, manufacturers instructions and Landlord/ homeowner. No two services are the same!

- Gas safety check.
The casing is removed, condense trap and filter are cleaned and all the relevant tests are made to decide whether any further action is required. £80+VAT.

- Strip service.
For when signs of scale build up can be found, noises or poor performance has been noted, or if the boiler hasn't been touched in a while.
Seals/ gaskets will be provided along with any specialist cleaning equipment required to strip the boiler back to bone and give it a deep clean inside. £150+VAT.

- Fault finding and repair.
Sometimes you run into snakes, and you might find that the boiler is silently faulty, at risk of becoming dangerous or even poses an immediate threat to life.

We have a duty of care to notify you when this occurs and take all necessary precautions to make safe the situation. That's why the van is stocked with every piece of equipment required to safely isolate the gas installation.

Outside of the aforementioned work, any further work will always be quoted for on the day and treated as a number one priority to get the boiler up and running again as soon as possible.
