💕A little Valentines inspiration this morning. I’m loving these heart mats I found recently on a rummage in . Teamed with a camel blanket as a tablecloth which was a gift from a dear friend in Abu Dhabi, I’m so loving the combo! Little pink heart plates are from . Pink candlesticks from and pink bud vases from .Do you have plans for Valentine’s Day? Even if it’s just a little token splash of pink or red to add to your table for a family meal, it’s a great way to show them all you love them. 💖

🍾🎁What a treat it was to put this table together for a very special lunch this week. We went for green and white which the hostess had planned and added a splash of seasonal red. ⭐️🎄With the start of advent, all focus goes to making our homes festive. Have you started planning your table for the Christmas period yet? I’ve been playing with some pieces I’ve collected recently. Nutcrackers are very 2021 and there are lots of options out there. I’ve been working with this round dining table and have added in a ‘tree train’ 🚂to run around the middle to add something extra to the setting. It’s Christmas 🎄- add some fun and drama to your table. It will certainly make some memories for those around the table and that’s what it’s all about isn’t it? 🌲🎁

🍁A quick post Halloween autumnal table this afternoon while the pumpkins are still going! I still had the candlesticks and plates to hand from last weekend and just didn’t want to put it all away quite yet. The runner is a fabulous coloured scarf that I found in Primark recently! The colour is perfect for this time of year. 🍂Aren’t you just loving all the seasonal changes of colour? Don’t forget to embrace it all before we move into the Christmas season. 🙈🎄

🎃🍁🍂Have you woken up this morning to a kitchen/front door full of pumpkins? I’ve kept mine for just a little bit longer and am using them as an autumn side board display in the kitchen this week 🍂Just to give them a bit more life. I read somewhere recently to smash them up and leave them out for the wildlife to eat 🐾. I’m going to be making a lunch time soup after being inspired by the wonderful recipe that recently posted. Check it out. Not only is a beautiful image, but knowing them, it will also taste utterly delicious. 🎃

How spooky are you feeling this weekend? With half term and children planning Halloween, we are certainly feeling the mood. Putting together our own event and for clients, it’s been a very spooky few days. There’s so much out there this year to dress your table this year. Wow! Don’t hold back.

Autumn has finally arrived and now I can start putting into reality some of my seasonal tablescapes. Start rummaging table lovers. Dig out textures, colours and if you’re out walking, forage in the hedgerows for some dried grasses. There are some wonderful coloured candles in the shops at the moment. 🍂The official start of a new season and we are going back to our roots. The Table Wardrobe was started with the aim of helping others put beautiful tables together. So we have made the decision to focus purely on setting tables rather than selling tables. So, if you need help going through your cupboards and putting together a new tablescape or maybe you have a dinner or event you’d like someone to put together for you then let us know. It’s what we love doing. Keep following us on these squares and we will be trying to inspire and source items for you to use and where to buy them from so you can do your tables at home.

This year has been a wonderful time testing out new flowers in my cutting garden. There have been some winners and certainly some I won’t be doing again! These absolute stunners are a total winner and will certainly be a regular from now on. All the flowers grown here are available for clients to use on their tables and they have certainly been a hit over the last couple of weeks with a number of events using our home grown blooms. Just get in touch if we can help. Ps I’m not a trained florist and don’t try to be. But I genuinely love nurturing these beauties and want to share them so that others can enjoy them too.

These beauties are set to add a little pop of colour to a table tomorrow. The cutting garden is still giving so much each day and so am now planning the planting for next year’s crop. We’ve been super busy recently setting up a number of events for clients and it’s been such a joy to be able to provide these events with flowers from the garden.
