🚨 WE’RE HIRING: Supervisor Role – ELFA Cleaning LTD, Guildford
Are you ready to take on a demanding, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced cleaning company? This is not a part-time or side job — we need a committed full-time Supervisor who can manage physical tasks, lead teams, and maintain high standards every day.
Salary & Benefits:
💷 Starting salary of £30,000 gross per year, rising to £33,000 after 3 months based on performance
👕 Uniform and full training provided
💰 Opportunities for extra earnings, including optional Sunday work
Location & Hours:
📍 Based at our head office in Guildford — you must live locally for quick and reliable access
⏰ Flexible full-time hours, Monday to Saturday (Sundays optional for extra pay)
⚠️ Full-time availability is essential — this role is physically demanding and time-consuming. Side jobs or other commitments are not compatible.
Requirements:
🚗 Full UK driving license is essential — you will be required to travel between sites
🇪🇸 Spanish speaking is preferred but not mandatory
💪 Strong leadership skills, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on approach
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure consistently high standards
✔️ Schedule shifts and manage replacements efficiently
✔️ Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly
✔️ Train, motivate, and support your team — lead by example and step in when needed
✔️ Manage cleaning supplies inventory to keep operations running smoothly

Physical stamina and resilience — you will be active and on your feet regularly
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
