We absolutely love designing & individually creating our kitchens. We focus on making the most of space, creating a layout that works for real life; storage, everyday cooking, and entertaining. And connecting the kitchen with other rooms & the garden 🌱

Lovely to be back at it after the Christmas break. Ours involved a bit of design work, a little DIY at home … Andy made some shelves for the girls for special things. Our eldest who is mad on coffee and all things matcha has used hers for her mug collection, and our youngest has all sorts of treasures on hers, the Sylvanian Families being my personal favourite. Cute. 💘🐰Will share on Stories.
Enjoyed a couple of films too including The Penguin Lessons and Wicked For Good. Plenty of mince pies, cheese and hot chocolates 😍
Now we’re very much back at it in the workshop & design studio, and excited for a busy year of 2026 kitchens. Lots of full house renovations underway, many with walk in pantries like this one. We think Hague Blue is a brilliant choice if you’re after a beautiful blue that feels luxurious without being over the top 💙

In-frame shaker cupboards at their best. There’s something special about the balance of classic shaker lines and a clean slab-front drawer. Refined, timeless, and beautifully crafted.

Colour can then be used to transform everything. Our proportions, materials and detailing come from classical joinery traditions, while the chosen hues and finishes layer in the personality of the owners and the stories of their homes.

The other day I went on a trip with my daughter to The Weald & Downland Living Museum. Highly recommend. They have 50 historic buildings, I’m pretty sure they said some date back to 950AD, which they’ve rescued & reassembled…so inspiring. The stories they hold, the craftsmanship, the way they’ve stood the test of time.

I think I struggled with all the dates in history lessons at school, but I love the stories buildings tell, who built it, who lived in it. And of course, it’s always an honour to work in homes full of character.

This Grade II listed house, with beautiful Oak beams, mature gardens and a gorgeous courtyard, inspired the details of this bespoke kitchen. The simple cupboards, purposely made smaller to suit the proportions of the room, the cove ogee edge profile on the Island worktop, the mix of stone and wide stave oak countertops, the turned legs on the Island. We aimed to create a space that feels just right with all the beams, but works for modern day living.

We’re already booking into Autumn / Winter 2026 which is very lovely. Busy working on kitchens for extensions & period properties for beautiful homes from London to Brighton. A happy mix.

Spot the fridge? Hi, it’s me getting excited over fridge doors 🙋‍♀️😍

We’re ridiculously happy to see our Hatchlands Kitchen, with geometric pattern doors hiding the fridge, featured in ‘Fanciful Fridges’ in the September issue of which is out now 😊

Being featured feels so wonderful. This little business of ours keeps surprising us, and we’re so grateful to be included.

Doing laps in the kitchen like it’s a sport 💪 Loving being organised in this space, enjoying the beautiful floor to ceiling cupboards, all the organised drawers, the spice & oil racks, the gorgeous wood interiors & deep drawers 🍋✨

Currently on a steady rotation of Greek salad, bbq, quinoa & good company 💘🍀
