Phase 1 of a recent project handed over ☑️
New pads installed for electrical equipment to be sited.
Scope of works involved a 60T dig out and an import of 25T Limestone & 13T reinforced concrete to form this gaboon basket retaining wall.
The path will be re-located around around what will be a fenced compound to safeguard appliances.

With week drawing to and end we’ve had the privilege of creating our own garden for one of our marvellous clients whilst she was away.
We had a brief and some dimensions and were left to it.
Using Millboard from our trusted supplier we removed the existing and extended this deck out toward the Pond, all built on subframe and posts.
A single strand of natural Jute rope gave us some decmarcation and the sleeper edge installed on a single plane for our client to run the mower over giving a ‘no strim’ solution formed some natural planting pits containing Stipa Gigantea, Erigeron and Eryngium.
For the step we off set 3 planks of Millboard and planted with creeping Thyme.
It will be fantastic to see all of the above in bloom shortly.

This garden contains several specimen Trees that give it a Parkland setting so the use of Black Estate fencing to safeguard the Pool from Dogs and Children was the perfect fit.
We also supplied and installed 4mm Stainless rope between the bottom lower sections to keep the smaller 🐶 out.
Traditionally these are called ‘lamb wires’ ,and you’ve guessed it, for containing new borns through the lambing season 🐑

Above we have the stunning Horizontal T&G effect panels complimented by some Fresh Pleached Hornbeam to add some privacy.
Originally our client had opted for an acoustic fence at 2.4m high but was turned down planning, we suggested this solution which is a much softer option when considering the street scenery.

When a customer bought a new property and adopted an artic style cabin placed only 4M from the house and completely blocking off the other 30M of the garden they came to us to see if we could move it.
The job was impossible to quantify so we have a best and worst case scenario. Thankfully both cheaper than a new one and ever more so we completed it for the best case scenario.
Managing to spilt the roof into only two sections and completing the work with a new base nestled neatly half way down the garden their cabin has a new life and our customers have their garden back. Win 🥇

On the other side of the hedge there is a significant drop on Quarry Street, so green chainlink was used to mitigate the risk of children and pets climbing through.
