Simply head to https://navien.co.uk/warranty-look-up/of and enter the product’s serial number*. From there, you’ll be able to review your warranty, including start and end dates, coverage details, and product registration status.

Knowing your warranty details can help save time, avoid unnecessary costs, and give added peace of mind if you ever need support.

*The serial number can usually be found on the side or bottom of the unit.

Say hello to Peter, our Senior Regional Business Manager. 👋

With over 25 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry, Peter brings a rare mix of hands-on technical knowledge and commercial leadership.

From starting out as a qualified plumber to holding senior roles including Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, and National Business Development Manager, his career has spanned every level of the industry.

Peter has also worked extensively in training and technical development, including time at British Gas where he supported installation, service, repair, and sales teams across the UK. His experience even extends into product development, helping design heating components and working with manufacturers to improve system controls.

Now, as Senior Regional Business Manager, Peter plays a key role in supporting teams, building strong industry relationships, and driving performance across the region.

We’re proud to have his expertise on the team.
