Here is the sketch up model we created for the conversion of the old piggery building into a family home. This proved invaluable in getting out ideas across to both our client and the planners.

Working with Richmondshire District Council we have achieved full planning consent for conversion of this former piggery to create a stylish new home.

Now that the landscaping is complete, here’s another look at Mulberry House, a replacement dwelling is on the site of a former 1960’s bungalow.

Our brief was to design a contemporary, 5 bedroom family home which was centred around a large open plan living kitchen dining area which also took advantage of the fantastic views across the open countryside to the South, East and West.
