Full house and garage coated in pure brilliant white leaving it looking bright and refreshed, All the cast iron guttering was given an updated hazelnut brown finish leaving the full property with an updated summer ready look.

The team also fitted a new Upvc fascia board on the side of the garage as the old timber fascia had definitely seen better days.

Job completed by the team in Haddington East Lothian this week, Full new Upvc replacement roofline.

This homes fascia’s and soffits had certainly seen better days, From rotten fascia’s to flaky paint the timber roofline was in desperate need of replacement.

The team started by removing all the Upvc gutters currently installed on the house giving them a clean and checking all the rubber seals and joints, Before placing them to the side for refitting after the roofline was replaced as they were in good order and replacing them would be an unnecessary cost.

We then set to work removing all the timber fascia’s and soffits before replacing them with all new White Upvc replacement fascia’s and soffits.

After the boards were fitted all the gutters were reinstalled with the correct angle of pitch for the water to run out, Leaving the gutters clean and efficient at clearing roof water runoff.

We also fitted all new Upvc Fascia’s and soffits on the dormer window on the roof leaving it with a matching maintenance free finish the same as the rest of the home.

All new Manthorpe Antharcite grey dry verge was also fitted leaving the homes roofline totally maintenance free, Customer Also decided to give the front cladding a matching painted finish leaving the home with a modern look and an updated kerb appeal.

Customers were absolutely delighted with the job and the new modern maintenance free finish to their homes roofline.
