Big project for a returning customer.
My remit was to rip out, strip back, replumb and get ready for plastering to turn the old kitchen dining room into a kids play room and a full refurbished utility room/WC room.

Photos through my journey on this project. Still 2 or 3 days left to finish up, radiators and little finishing bits once the decorators and 2nd fix joiner has done their part.

Hard graft this one, but loving the transformation.
